I am a Plenary/Keynote/Invited Speaker; do I need to submit an abstract and when is my deadline. | As a confirmed speaker it is not mandatory for you to submit an abstract, although it is desirable to be included in the abstract book. Confirmed speakers are not eligible top be further considered for a second oral presentation therefore their abstract deadline is the same as the general poster submission deadline (May 17). |
| I have been offered a registration fee waiver by the conference as a Keynote or invited speaker. How do I register? | Presenters who have been offered a reduction in their registration fees should confirmation of the reduction level and registration link directly from the responsible symposium organiser.
Presenters who have not been allocated any reduction should register through the standard registration portal. |
