Information for Presenters 

All oral presenters are required to upload their presentation files via the link that will  provided by email to you on 17^th June. Please ensure your presentation file is compatible with the standard PowerPoint format (.pptx) and that your presentation is uploaded no later than the day before your scheduled session.

If necessary, presentations can also be uploaded on-site at the venue, but early submission via the link is strongly encouraged to ensure the smooth running of all sessions.

Presentation Formats and Timing

Please adhere strictly to the allocated times to ensure sessions run on schedule:

• Plenary Lectures: 40 minutes
• Keynote Lectures: 30 minutes
  (25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes for questions)
• Invited Lectures: 20 minutes
  (17 minutes presentation + 3 minutes for questions)
• Oral Contributions: 15 minutes
  (13 minutes presentation + 2 minutes for questions)

Flash Poster Presentations

• Maximum of 2 slides. This is a pitch. Delegates can ask their questions and give feedback at your poster.

Poster Presentations

Posters do not need to be uploaded but must be physically brought to the conference and hung by author on the designated poster board. Posters can be displayed for entire conference.

• Orientation: Portrait (vertical)
