Accommodation

We have been notified that some listed speakers have received phishing emails from travel companies offering assistance confirming travel and accommodation bookings.

PLEASE NOTE: ICCC has not engaged any 3rd party travel companies.

ICCC has arranged a number of rooms at each partner hotel to be reserved exclusively for conference participants. With one exception, these rooms will be held until the end of May 2026—or until all allocated rooms are booked, whichever comes first.

In addition, there are two youth hostels, Danhostel City and and Danhostel Odense Kragsbjergaard , that may have rooms available . These are 500m and 3.5 km from the conference venue respectively. Around 400 AirBnB accommodations are also available within 5 km of the conference center.

CHILDCARE

We are currently exploring possibilities, and considerations include:

Hiring a kindergarten/facility very close to the conference center.
Networking caregivers and arranging day activities.
Hiring local au pairs for the duration of the conference.

Denmark and Sweden are family-friendly summer destinations and we want to enable family holiday activities before, after and during ICCC. If you’re interested in childcare, please email us at iccc2026@sdu.dk with your children’s ages — your input will help us create the best options for families.
