Letters of Support for Attendance

Participants who need to secure their own funding may request a Letter of Support to accompany applications for travel assistance, institutional funds, or visa documentation.

These letters confirm the academic relevance and professional value of attending the 46th International Conference on Coordination Chemistry (ICCC2026). Each letter includes a copy of the current conference programme and list of scientific themes to support the application’s context.

Letters of support do not represent a formal invitation, acceptance, or financial commitment from the organisers.

Letters are issued in four formats depending on the applicant’s status and country:

• Academic / Postdoctoral Researcher – Danish or International

• PhD / Master’s Student – Danish or International

For international participants, the letter may note that it can be used as part of a visa application to confirm the academic purpose and itinerary of the visit.
