Do You Need a Visa?
Before making your travel arrangements to Denmark for the International Conference on Coordination Chemistry, please check whether you will need a visa to enter the country. Denmark is part of the Schengen Area, and visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and length of stay. We recommend reviewing the official information well in advance to allow sufficient time for any necessary applications.
You can find up-to-date details about which countries require a visa and which are visa-free on the Danish Immigration Service website:
👉 Countries with a visa requirement and visa-free countries
Once registration opens, participants should be able to use their order confirmation as proof of itinerary for visa or travel purposes. In the meantime, the organisers can provide an official letter of support confirming the event dates, which can serve as supporting evidence for your intended stay in Denmark.
